Hell ya they shrink (especially the American Apparels). We suggest ordering one size up from your norm.

Why does my shirt stand up by itself when I take it off?
Uhhh? Yeah. That is a hygiene issue. We recommend washing your Hiphazard shirt once when you get it and at least once per year after that. Maybe do the same with the rest of your clothes.

What kind of shirts do you use?
Mostly American Apparel and Hyp. They are both allegedly made by adults instead of 9 year old kids in China. We are going to verify that eventually.

If I send you a cool design and you print it, will you pay me thousands of dollars?
It works almost exactly like that except opposite! That said, if you really do have a killer design that we have not yet considered, contact us at [email protected], with the words "killer design" in the subject and we may get back to you.

Can't help you there kid, but if you send us your allowance, we'll send you a shirt to help you forget about it.

Are you an environmentally conscious company?
Well, we are conscious at least. Actually, we are quite sensitive to the needs of our planet. We use all soy based, biodegradable solvents and the most enviro-friendly ink systems available. And of course we recycle.

Why does the print on my shirt feel a little crispy?
When ever possible, we use water based inks which require washing to soften up the print. So, go wash it!

I hate my shirt. How do I return or exchange it?
The last thing we want is Hiphazard shirt in the hands of someone who doesn't love it. So, within 30 days of your purchase you can return your unworn, unwashed shirt, with its original packing slip, for a refund or exchange.

Your refund will reflect the price you paid for the shirt (minus shipping) and will be credited to the card or PayPal account used to make the purchase. Please allow 2 weeks for the credit process to complete.
If you are exchanging, please include a note in the box indicating what you would like to exchange for. Indicate the name size and color so we will be sure to get it right the first time.

Where the hell is my shirt!?
If it has been more than 10 days, and we have not contacted you to say your order would be late, then send us an email with the details of the order and we will see if maybe it was returned or undeliverable for some reason. You could check with your neighbor, (mine is always getting my packages, especially around the holidays) or at the post office (some times the package is too big for the mail box). But if it is truly lost, we will make it right and get you in a shirt as quick as we can.
